Payment Services oversees and maintains the following account holds. Students are able to see what holds may have been placed on their account by navigating to the "Open Holds" section of e-Services under the student profile.

• Registration Hold
  This hold prevents the student from enrolling in courses until the hold has been removed. Please note that this hold DOES NOT prevent the student from submitting course requests.
• Not Eligible to Return Hold
  This hold prevents the student from being eligible to return for the upcoming term due to a long-standing past-due balance. Balances will need to be paid in full in order to remove this hold.
• Diploma Hold
  This hold prevents the student from receiving their diploma and is only applicable to graduating seniors.
• Commencement Hold
  This hold prevents the student from participating in the commencement ceremony and is only applicable to graduating seniors.
