María Victoria has been teaching at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ since 1991. María received her Ph.D from Ohio State University. Her dissertation focuses on Medardo Fraile and short stories of the post war period in Spain. She currently is a Laurel Turk Professor of Modern Languages and serves as the coordinator of the Spanish section.
